We have just completed the purchase of a 52 acre greenfield site in North West Ipswich. The site is located just off Junction 53 of the A14, the major arterial route between the Midlands and the ports of Felixstowe and Harwich. Surrounding uses include residential, a retail park, ASDA superstore, motor car dealerships and a Park and Ride facility.
The site was acquired in an off market transaction from the landowner on an unconditional basis. We are in the process of appointing the professional team subsequent to which the land will be promoted for commercial and residential use through the Ipswich Borough Council and Mid Suffolk LDF process.
