We have just acquired, on an unconditional basis, the college campus in central Swindon. The purchase has been made in a joint venture with Parkridge Developments.
The site totals approximately 4.65 acres and is an important link between the town centre and old Town. Broadway Malyan have been appointed as architects for the scheme and are in the process of working up designs for a mixed use scheme to include a foodstore, cinema, restaurant/bars, hotel and residential. Completion is anticipated by 2008.
